Background Checks
Before background checks can be conducted, applicants must have completed and submitted the Youth Program Registration Form. Upon University approval of a youth program, the applicant will be contacted by Hire Right and provided with instructions on how to set up a background check account and select from payment options. Once an account has been established, the applicant should:
Log in to Hire Right, click on the "New Order" button and follow the provided instructions.
To identify individuals who require background checks, names and email addresses can be submitted within the Hire Right order form

spreadsheets containing the names and email addresses can be attached to the form as part of a batch request. A template spreadsheet can be downloaded.
Individuals identified for background checks will be contacted by Hire Right and asked to provide necessary information.
Upon submission of a background check order, applicants will receive on-screen confirmation of the order submission, as well as email confirmation.
