- Learn & Do — Attend workshops, complete experiences, and collect evidence of your skills.
- Reflect — Write short reflections about what you learned.
- Build Your Portfolio — Upload everything into your ePortfolio.
- Showcase — Earn your digital badges and display them on LinkedIn, resumes, and grad school applications.
- Graduate with Distinction — Complete all five badges and receive your CAS Advantage graduation cord.

- Who Can Join: All CAS undergraduate students
- When to Start: Anytime! The earlier you begin, the more you can complete
- Workshops Offered: Fall and Winter semesters
- Fall: CAS 1000, CAS 2000, CAS 3000, CAS 4000
- Earn badges in Communication and Community.
- Winter: CAS 1001, CAS 2001, CAS 3001, CAS 4001
- Earn badges in Critical & Creative Thinking, Career & Life Design, and Collaboration.
- Fall: CAS 1000, CAS 2000, CAS 3000, CAS 4000
- Deadline for Regalia: Complete all five badges by the end of your graduation year
Successfully completing a CAS Advantage course allows you to earn a badges. Completion of the program will allow you to earn graduation regalia. Each course builds on previous skills, helping you refine and expand your professional toolkit. Students can earn badges in designated courses but may continue taking advanced sections to further develop their skills and enhance their portfolios.
