Joanne and Ted Lindsay Foundation Autism Outreach Services to host Family Fun Day April 5

To offer an inclusive day of fun for families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related challenges, the Joanne and Ted Lindsay Foundation Autism Outreach Services (OUCARES) is hosting its annual Family Fun Day from noon-3 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, at the Oakland University Recreation Center.    

Sponsored by the Jane and Tom Tang Foundation for Education, the event is free and open to all ages; no registration is needed.

The event will offer a variety of activities, including:  

• Information fair
• Swimming noon-2 p.m. (bring your towel) 
• Shop items by autistic entrepreneurs 
• Bouncy inflatables
• Crafts
• Sensory Room presented by Kaufman Children’s Center
