The Ambassador Rooms provide a versatile space that is both intimate and interactive. This space is commonly used for meetings and workshops, while having the flexibility to be used for receptions and small banquets.

The room is divisible into two equal sections for synchronous use. Each section of the room includes one (1) six foot table that can be used for food service.

*A stacked U-Shape (one smaller U-Shape inside a larger U-Shape) can seat 48

Located on the recently expanded second floor, the Banquet Rooms provide a flexible, spacious and elegant space for meetings and events. This room is ideal for banquets, receptions, and speaking engagements, to name a few. 

The space is divisible into two sections for synchronous use.

The Founders Ballroom is the largest meeting and event space in the Oakland Center. At over 9,000 square feet, this versatile space can accommodate events of varying size and scope. The room features an end-grain mesquite wood floor, tall ceilings, a removable wall that opens to an elegant lounge overlooking Elliott Tower, and modern audio visual equipment.

The space is divisible into four individual sections for synchronous use, with eight different room variations, to meet your specific meeting and event needs.

The Gold Rooms are a flexible space ideal for a wide range of events, including receptions, speaking engagements, and banquets looking for a more intimate setting. The Gold Rooms can also be divided into three sections, making them ideal for smaller meetings and conference breakout rooms.

The space is divisible into three rooms for synchronous use, with six different room variations, to meet your specific meeting and event needs.

The Habitat, named with the input of Oakland University students, is an unique space that can accommodate a number of different events, including movies, concerts, and e-sports tournaments, while also acting as an informal social venue for the OU community when not in use for events.

Named after one of the four Great Lakes that borders Michigan, the Lake Erie Room is ideal for organization and department meetings, or as a breakout room for conferences.

Meeting Rooms 128-130 include the flexibility to host small and medium meetings, with the rooms combined or separated. This makes these meeting rooms great for organization and department meetings, as well as conference breakout rooms.
