The online Ed.S. in Educational Leadership degree is designed prepare students for the K-12 Administrative Certification with K-12 Building Level Endorsement. It is designed for building/program administrators, teachers and central office staff who wish to gain knowledge and skills in school leadership and administration. The demand for educational leaders is great with many career pathways for growth. All classes are delivered online with a mentorship  requirement and action research taking place in your local geographic area to provide flexibility and relevance for working professionals. Field experience is a critical part of the learning experience.
