Event Support

Have a special event coming up? We'll work with you to ensure the Oakland brand and message is shared consistently with your key audience. UCM provides support to high-level university events, such as Homecoming and New Student Convocation, in the form of:

• Printed event materials
• Evites
• photography and videography services during event 
• Media Relations - press releases and News at OU stories
• Speech-writing services (contact Dave Groves)

Contact your account manager to develop an overall marketing plan for your event (at least six months prior to event date is ideal). The plan may include other printed materials, social media posts, merchandise giveaways, paid advertising, etc. Don't forget to use the OU Calendar!
