Biography:
Hongyu Gao is completing his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at Georgia State University. He holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior to academia, he spent 15 years in various roles at IBM and other technology companies.

Domains: IS use, low-code development, construal levels
