Academic Advising

Your academic adviser is your "go to" support system as you navigate your first year of college. Advisers guide and make recommendations to help you to find success. You are required to meet with your adviser at least once a semester.

How do I find my Adviser?

  • You can identify your assigned academic adviser on your MySAIL account. Log in at the top right of the screen with your NetID and password. Find the "Academic Profile" widget. You will see your Academic Adviser listed in this box.

All students must meet with their adviser before you register for the 2025-2026 academic year. A hold will be placed on your account, and you will not be able to register until this requirement is met.

How to schedule an appointment

Drop-in hours have concluded for the semester. Please contact our office at 248-370-3227 or [email protected] if you have any questions.
