Applications for LDI Year 1 open in October 2026.

LDI is currently open to all students from the School of Engineering and Computer Science and the School of Business Administration. Students from other majors are welcome to express interest — please contact LDI before applying to confirm eligibility and available space.

Starting in 2027, LDI will expand to include additional majors—please keep checking back for updates.

We are looking for students who are curious, coachable, and ready to do the work! LDI is where that development happens.

Selection Process
Stage 1 - Applications Review
Applications are scored by a small committee. We look for authenticity over polish.

Stage 2 - Ambassador Interview
Selected applicants are interviewed by LDI Ambassadors using a structured rubric scored on readiness, resilience and leadership self-awareness. 

2026-2027 Timeline:

• October 2026 — Application links opens
• November–December 2026 — Interviews and participant selection
• January–February 2027 — CARVE Lecture Series and Leadership Lab workshops
• March 2027 — Leadership Case Study
• April 2027 — Summit, Leadership Case Study presentations, and Awards Ceremony
