Earn a Bachelor of Science degree by efficiently combining meaningful health science and leadership courses with your specific Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree from an accredited community college. Pursue the general pathway: Health Promotion, Health Care Leadership, or where qualified: Radiologic Technology Leadership, Orthotist and Prosthetist Assistant Studies. Depending upon your background up to 84 credits may be transferable.

Create the career you desire with the Health Promotion (HP) pathway in the Applied Health Sciences (AHS) program. In this program, you will complete the core courses in AHS and select electives from a variety of areas such as wellness and health promotion, environmental health and safety, public health, nutrition, health sciences, exercise science, clinical and diagnostic sciences, chemistry, physics and more to tailor your degree to your specific academic and career goals.

Transfer your current degree and professional credentials to Oakland University in order to complete a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Health Sciences with a specialization in Radiologic Technology Leadership (RT). You will have a variety of classes to choose from to build your degree which may include human resources, communication, health sciences, management, and/or advanced radiologic technology modality courses.
If you are currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), expand on your existing knowledge in CT, MRI and Mammography through an affiliation with Corewell Health (Beaumont). Learn more in the undergraduate catalog (see Curricular Requirements).
