Research/Scholarship: 
Dr. Landis-Piwowar has published work related to cancer therapeutics, prevention, and mechanisms of the disease. Her current work is focused on deciphering a familial connection among the B cell lymphoproliferative neoplasms, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and hairy cell leukemia. She is the lead editor for the fourth edition of “Clinical Laboratory Hematology” and the section editor for the continuing education section of the Clinical Laboratory Science Journal.
