Research/Scholarship:
Dr. Zousmer is a board-certified pediatric clinical specialist with 27 years of practice in pediatric outpatient and school settings. Her scholarly interests include competency-based education and professional development for physical therapists, interprofessional education and pediatric rehabilitation. She was a participant in the APTA Academy of Physical Therapy Summit III, which resulted in the revision and publication of the Essential Core Competencies for Pediatric Physical Therapy, and a co-author in the development and publication of a framework for tracking educational milestones in physical therapy education.
