Spaces at OUWB

The OUWB community can find and book O’Dowd Hall spaces utilizing the Robin Powered software.  Faculty and staff, based on their roles, can reserve desks, workspaces, and rooms.  Students can book certain rooms as well as view the availability of spaces to meet their study or collaboration needs.

Where to Find Spaces

Log into Robin Powered, utilizing your Oakland University Single Sign-On.  Depending on your role, you may have the ability to book a room or desk in O’Dowd Hall or view if a room is available to either book for an OUWB or utilize.
We recommend that every OUWB community member downloads the Robin mobile app to maximize their experience and use of our spaces. 

Desks

OUWB offers a variety of workspaces within O’Dowd for employees to use as touchdown or as a private meeting space for part of the day.
These desks are also available to graduate students working directly with OUWB faculty who do not have an assigned desk or office on Oakland University’s campus.

Classrooms and Breakout Spaces

OUWB offers state of the art classrooms within O’Dowd Hall as well as a variety of breakout/study rooms. These rooms accommodate one or more people at a time and are designed for learning, studying, or OUWB events.

Make a Reservation

To book a space in Robin using the web browser, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Continue in with Single Sign-On and log in using your Oakland University credentials.
  2. To book a desk click on Schedule or Book a desk and indicate your date and time(s).
  3. To book a space click on Meeting Rooms or Office and indicate your data and time(s).
  4. Select book.

Note: Your access may limit the rooms or floors that you can view or book.

Registrar-Managed Classrooms

OUWB community members can request the use of a classroom managed by the Registrar by emailing [email protected].
