Scope and Applicability:

All students enrolled in the School of Medicine

Standard Practice and Guidelines:

All incoming medical students must be in compliance with the AAMC immunization requirements in order to commence and continue enrollment.  The AAMC immunization form and guidelines are available at:

Follow-up counseling and testing at the hospital site, Graham Health Center, or with the Primary Care Provider may be required.

Procedures: 

All students matriculating at OUWB are required to submit the AAMC immunization form along with supporting documentation to OU's Graham Health Center for it to be reviewed and to approve the student's immunizations. Students not in compliance with this guideline will be reviewed by the SPRC for action up to and including dismissal.
